1. Analysis and treatment of "speed car"
The cone crusher has two important moving parts, the crushing cone and the eccentric shaft which swing in space. The axis line of the crushing cone intersects the center line of the machine body at the center of the spherical bearing. When the crusher is in operation, the axis line of the crushing cone is moved by the eccentric bushing to move around the center line of the body to make a conical surface movement. At the same time, under the action of the friction force generated by the gravity of the self and the main shaft, the crushing cone makes a relative rotational movement around its own axis, and the center point of its movement remains stationary during the movement of the crushing cone.
It can be seen that the rotating motion of the crushing cone is composed of traction motion and relative motion, and its absolute rotation can promote uniform particle size of the crushed product and reduce the wear of the lining plate. However, the absolute rotation speed should not be too high, generally no more than 15 rpm, otherwise, it will destroy the normal operation of the crusher and cause the "speeding" failure, the main reason is: the main shaft of the crushing cone and the cone bushing The gap is too small; the main shaft of the crushing cone is lifted; the spherical bearing is in contact with the spherical surface of the crushing cone. For the above reasons, the following measures should be taken: 1) When the amount of oil is insufficient, check the lower cover of the frame, transmission bearings and flanges, and the oil pipe joints of the dustproof device for oil leakage, oil inlet pipelines and oil filtration Whether the device is blocked, whether the oil level of the fuel tank is appropriate, whether the oil intake of the oil pump is normal, if a problem is found, it should be resolved immediately. (2) The gap between the main shaft and the tapered bushing should meet the technical requirements. If the gap is too small, a method of adding a gasket between the spherical bearing frame and the annular contact surface of the body frame can be used to raise the crushing cone to change the main shaft and The clearance of the tapered bushing meets the technical requirements. (3) It was found in the treatment of part of the cone breaking speed that when the spherical bearing and the crushing cone spherical surface contacted the inner ring, the contact condition of the cone main shaft and the cone bushing also changed, which affected the stability of the crushing cone. Scraping and grinding treatment can make the crushing cone contact with the spherical bearing in the outer ring.
2. Dustproof device
Because the crushing cone has a high swing frequency and a large swing stroke, coupled with the fine product particle size and large dust concentration, the dust can easily enter the crusher's lubrication system, resulting in a short service life of the lubricating oil. Bushes, bowl bearings, etc. are often burned out. The processing method is to choose industrial felt with a thickness of 8-10mm, and fix the felt on the outer edge of the oil groove of the bowl-shaped bearing frame with a pressure plate. The height of the felt must ensure a compression of 3-5mm. After the felt is installed, Lubricating oil should be poured to reduce the wear of the felt. The advantage is that in the water seal dustproof device, most of the coarse dust has been blocked by the felt. So as to prevent dust from entering the lubrication system, the sealing effect is better. Fixing method of body bushing. Because the bush and the body are fixed by zinc alloy, due to the lack of strength of the zinc alloy, it is crushed after working for a period of time, and the fixing effect is lost. Some small ore enters it and destroys its cooperation, and some enters the lubricant , Causing bushings to fluff, heat, shrink and shift. When the bush moves up a certain distance, it forms friction with a certain pressure with the large gear. The heat of friction rises sharply. Cause burnout accident. The solution is as follows: First, the interference between the outer diameter of the bush and the body is adopted, especially the upper end of the bush. Secondly, the original fixing method is changed, and the key fixing is adopted, which not only prevents the bushing from rotating, but also prevents the bushing from moving upward. Thirdly, the nylon bushing is more effective.
4. The connection between the cone head and the main shaft
The connection between the cone head and the main shaft is often loosened due to the threaded connection. Treatment method: When the conical head is used for a certain time, the actual size of the thread on the spindle is planned according to the plan. Assemble the internal thread of the conical head by welding. After assembling, use the hoisting screw holes on the main shaft to process a special bolt and a conical pressing plate, and press the conical head again, leaving a certain gap between them, and cushioning the rubber plate. This method works well.
5. Blockage of the mine funnel
According to the basic theoretical analysis of powder layer mechanics, the horizontal inclination of the hopper wall must satisfy a = 450 + l / 2β to form a logistics. However, due to the uneven feed particle size, the transition between the feed funnel and the feed port forms a right angle, especially when the dry or wet degree of the ore changes, it will cause blockage, resulting in inconvenience and unsafe factors. Affect the normal operation of the equipment. The processing method is to add an inclined arc lining plate to the front end surface of the ore funnel, so that the material shakes down to the arc lining plate and slides freely along the lining plate to the material opening.
Sixth, partial wear of rolling mortar wall and body casing
The main reason for the partial wear of the rolling mortar wall and the body bushing is that the center line of the feed port is consistent with the center line of the crusher. The geometric center line of the material flow passing through the feed port is not consistent with the center line of the feed port. It only occupies 2/3 of the cross-sectional area of the feed port, so the materials all enter the crushing chamber and flow to the side, causing partial wear. Solution: Move the feed port by 100-150mm, so that the material flow through the feed port will be consistent with the center line of the crusher in the geometry of the flow, so that a balanced ore separation can be achieved. Or improve the upper ore feeding device to achieve even ore feeding, which can achieve uniform wear of the rolling mortar wall and the body bushing.
