       The working mechanism of the jaw crusher is composed of a working chamber composed of a movable jaw and a fixed jaw.        1. Structure and material selection

       During the design of Chongqing Longjian Group, the broken plates of moving and fixed jaws should be tooth-to-tooth. In order to extend the service life of the crushing plate, the crushing plate of the small and medium-sized crusher is designed to be symmetrical up and down, and the head can be used when the lower part is worn; Replacing the crushing board to reduce costs. The material of the crushing board can be white 1: 3 cast iron. White 1: 3 cast iron has the advantages of greater hardness, better wear resistance, cheaper price, and easy purchase; the disadvantages are brittleness, easy breakage, and short service life. In order to improve the service life of the crushing plate, manganese steel with good toughness containing more than 12% manganese can also be used as the material, such as ZGMn13, which is commonly used. Although the hardness is not high (approximately 210 HB), but because of the characteristics of cold work hardening, the surface of the part is continuously strengthened under the pressure, so it is constantly worn and strengthened in the work, and it is scrapped until it is worn out. After casting, the manganese steel crushing plate is subjected to water toughness treatment, that is, the cast manganese steel crushing plate is heated to 1000-11 O 0 ℃ and then quenched in water. Operation is basically the same as quenching. After the water toughening treatment, a uniform metallographic structure can be obtained, and the metallographic structure can be fixed, which avoids the phase change that naturally occurs during use and deteriorates the performance. The disadvantage of manganese steel is that it is more expensive, but considering the durability and production volume, it is more economical to use ZGMn13 than white 1: 3 cast iron.

       2. Assembly

       During assembly, the crushing plate is firmly attached to the jaw plate. When the crusher is working, there should be no loosening of the crushing plate, otherwise it is easy to break or wear the crushing plate, reducing the durability of the crushing plate. This requires that the crushing plate must be firmly attached to the E plate. Chongqing Longjian Group adopts soft metal (such as lead, zinc, etc.) as the gasket between the crushing plate and the E plate, and fastens it with bolts. Therefore, the crushing plate must be installed during assembly to prolong the durability of the crushing plate.        3. Flexible use during use

       In the actual production process, the crushing plate directly interacts with the material, and the crushing force is very large. Especially when crushing materials with greater hardness, the bolts installed with the crushing plate vibrate and the nut loosens due to the increase of the crushing force, which makes the crushing plate wear and aggravate. The extremely loud noise causes hidden dangers. In severe cases, the broken plate falls off or breaks to stop the equipment and affect the normal production. In this case, you can usually only tighten the bolts and nuts before starting the machine. However, the problem cannot be solved completely. It is necessary to analyze the specific problem according to the actual situation on the spot and find a way to take a practical and feasible method to solve the problem. The specific method is to use the spring to make the bolt anti-loose and self-tightening device. The device is composed of an inner spring gland, a spring, and an outer spring gland.
