This machine is mainly composed of two parts: body and rotor. The rotor is rotated in a fixed direction by the power transmitted by the motor, and the top and rear of the body are respectively fixed with a guard plate and an impact plate. The material enters the feed port and falls onto the rotor, which is hit by the hammer head fixed on the rotor To the guard plate, the materials falling from the guard plate and the rotor continuously hit each other. Therefore, the materials reciprocate in the crushing cavity formed by the rotor, the guard plate, and the support plate, resulting in a strong impact phenomenon Finally, the crushed materials are discharged from the sieve plate. The sieve plate of this machine is intentionally designed with a discharge hole, which effectively solves the phenomenon of jamming of this machine.
